Small- class teaching may help some schools continue to work in the future. The teachers will not lost their jobs. And every child can go to school. But, no on ask the students what they want. If there are small- class teaching, some students may learn more attention but some may no. Some may not like this learning policy. So they may hate to learn in school. It is a serous problem in Hong Kong.
If I need to learn in a small- class teaching, I will be happy because I can learn more clearly. In some lesson, there are many students talking that the voice of the teachers are covered up by the noise of the students. I can not listen to the teachers.
I think the classes are reduces from 40 to 20 is better than the Education Bureau’s definition of a small class which the classes are reduced from 40 to 38.
In small- class teaching, it can improve the education quality. Actually, some elite schools can improve the education quality of their students but they may earn less money in the small- class teaching.

History Homework(Lesson 11 on 16-4-2008)(22-4-2008 Tuesdy)
In Hong Kong, there are many courses, which can encourage the five concepts. They are imaginative, creative, sensitive to society’s needs, breaking from the past, the old ways, prescient/ foresight. In Methodist College, we can learn them in our art lesson, music lesson and liberal studies lesson. They are very useful for us to find our job in the further. But I don’t think after the Hong Kong people learnt that five concepts, they would be an inventor.
I think Hong Kong is not a good place for development of inventors. In Hong Kong, people only attach importance to their money and their living quality but not invention. They don’t think invention is important than their money. In this general likes, even their is a good inventor, he would not want to develop in Hong Kong.

History Homework(Lesson 10 on 9-4-2008)(15-4-2008 Tuesday)
I think Hong Kong needs the Industrial Revolution. In Hong Kong, commercial development is lively. Every body works around the commerce each day. Bu there is not a good industrial development in Hong Kong. You can not hear at less two news which is about Hong Kong industrial. People should attach more importance to it. Industry both of them way develops lively in the future.
I think that a good inventor might have five basic qualities, good observation because he needs to observe what that people need so the machine he makes can be useful; great originality because it can help him to make a creative machine and it can attract the customers to buy it and use it; have rich money to support him to make the machines because he may need to make many machines and only one is success; hard working because he can not give up halfway; have a clear mind because in the process of making machine, he may need to analyze many things such as ‘Is this way ok?’ and ‘Is that way ok?’. I think if the inventor has all this five basic qualities, he will be a good famous inventor.

History Homework(Lesson 9 on 2-4-2008)(7-4-2008 Monday)(compare, contrast and conclude, either: Feudalism, the three estates and Hong Kong society)
France was a feudal country with three estates or classes. The First Estate: Clergy, The Second Estate: Nobles and The Third Estate: Commoners.
The First Estate: Clergy and The Second Estate: nobles numbering only about 2% of the population, they owned most of the land in France. They held most of the government posts, but they did not have to pay taxes or serve in the army. The Third Estate: Commoners like middle class and peasants numbering more than 95% of the population, they paid heavy taxes, had to serve in the army, did all kinds of labouring work, but had no rights or say in the government.
This social inequality makes the middle class people such as lawyers, doctors, bankers, teachers, trader who were educated most discontented. It was an important factor that led to the French Revolution.
In Hong Kong Government Structure, it is fair in any way. Every people would have his power in this government. And how much value they give to the government they can receive the same value of the power. But although a person has a large power in this government, he also needs to follow The Basic Law in Hong Kong as same as the other Hong Kong people.
In Hong Kong, there are seven estates. The First Estate: The Base Law, The Second Estate: The Chief Executive, The Third Estate: Executive Council, The Fourth Estate: The Administration, The Fifth Estate: The Legislative Council, The Sixth Estate: District Council, The Seventh Estate: The Judiciary.
Every population in Hong Kong needs to pay the same percentage of taxes. So that it would not appear the social inequality in Hong Kong.
The three estates like Hong Kong society, they also need to give taxes, need to serve for the government but they was unfair. In the three estates, the third estate needs to hard to work for their life but the first and second estates could get a preferential treatment. They were just opposing with the third estate. They can enjoy their life without to do anything. Compare with these, Hong Kong society is just opposing with the three estates. Every population needs to work for their life and the society. They can receive the power they should have. It would not be more or less. Although he is the Chief Executive in Hong Kong, the power he receive would not be more than that he should receive.
